HOW IT WORKS:
Place your order with the Area Coordinator by email or over the phone. You will have received a leaflet giving details of your area coordinators phone number and email address or Jenny Cross has a full list and can be contacted on 01604 583081 or email her: email@example.com. Martin Ragg is coordinator for Harlestone Manor & Loxton Fields, please contact him on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders will be prepared and delivered on the following days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. To receive delivery of general groceries and household items on the next scheduled delivery day, your order needs to be with your Area Coordinator by 3 pm on the day preceding the delivery day. Orders for fresh fruit and vegetables will take up to 3 days and we will aim to deliver these on Wednesday or Saturday.
We will commence processing the orders at 9.00am on the day of delivery and will deliver later in the day – unfortunately, we are not able to give a delivery time. There will be no direct sales so please do not visit the HVI.
A digital version of your shopping list will be created by your Area Coordinator and emailed to a Shopkeeper. The Shopkeeper will print one copy for processing purposes. The total cost of the order will be written on your copy and placed with your order. A photocopy will be retained for our records.
You will need a cardboard box (not plastic) positioned at your front door to receive the order. Your order will be delivered and placed in your box. This will help reduce the risk of contamination.
We request that you pay by online bank transfer within 5 days of delivery, our bank details are at the bottom of the order form. If you have opted to pay by cheque this will be collected at the point of delivery. Please make cheques payable to Harlestone Parish Council. No cash sales.
This is a community project to assist those during these difficult times and whilst every endeavour will be made to deliver your requested items, this cannot be guaranteed.
